Job Scope:
- Leave & Benefits Administration
Manage all employees leave and benefits matters, ensuring compliance with the Universitys policies as well as employment laws and regulations.
Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless coordination of leave and benefits administration.
Provide advice and guidance to employees regarding leave and benefits matters, accurately and timely within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Analyze leave and benefits data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Attend to queries or feedback from stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Process the monthly awards including but not limited to Long Service Awards, Extra Miles Awards as well as the annual National Day Award etc.
Relationship Management/Customer Relations
Work with colleagues within Shared Services to ensure seamless HR end-to-end processes.
Work with and develop business relationship with all stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, employees, colleagues to support and ensure alignment of HR transactional services with HR policy & strategic direction.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in HR or related discipline with 1-2 years of relevant experience
