Senior/Executive (Clinical Education), People & Organisation Development

  • (A) SPECIFIC (60%)
    1. Provide administrative support for the planning, development and management of clinical education programmes and activities, including but not limited to: a. Pre-Employment Clinical Training;
    2. Post-Graduate Clinical Education;
    3. Continuing Professional Development.
  1. Manage the collection, maintenance and upkeep of training data and other essential documents, including training materials, schedules, evaluations and reports, in preparation for audits by internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Working closely with administrative and clinical leads in planning, implementation and evaluation of faculty development initiatives and activities.
  3. Support the development of policies for clinical education and training as necessary.
  4. Administrative and secretariat support for clinical education and training related matters.
  • (B) General (40%)
  1. Coordinate and support projects under the departments responsibility and undertake its work with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Work hand-in-hand with team to contribute to cross-cutting projects or organisation wide projects.
  3. Perform any other duties as assigned by Clinical Director  and supervisors.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
  4. Minimum Degree qualifications preferred

  • Possess good people skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • IT / Tech Savvy, with experience in handling online learning or LMS
