Roles & Responsibilities

· Assist with daily administrative and finance-related tasks, including processing purchase and sales orders, and maintaining accurate records in NetSuite.

· Reconcile Amex card expenses, verify supporting documents, and ensure accurate posting into expense accounts.

· Maintain and monitor the timesheet system, ensuring timely submission and accuracy of entries.

· Support the preparation of project and business reports with the Finance team.

· Manage general office administration, including filing, mail handling, and coordinating with couriers or vendors.

· Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, and internal engagement activities.

· Liaise with IT service providers and support the team with basic IT-related coordination (e.g., equipment requests, access rights, etc.).

Provide general administrative assistance to Finance, HR, and IT teams as needed.
