Customer Relations Officer (ACRO)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Assistant Customer Relations Officer to support stakeholder engagement and assist in managing communication related to our HDB projects. If you possess good communication skills and are eager to develop your public relations career, we encourage you to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the handling of stakeholder feedback, complaints, and inquiries
- Attend dialogue sessions with clients, resident committees, and other stakeholders under supervision
- Assist in conducting site visits to gather feedback and update residents on project progress
- Perform administrative and clerical duties related to public relations activities
- Assist in maintaining documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
- Some experience or exposure to public relations, community engagement, or administrative roles preferred
- Minimum 2 years experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and willing to learn
