
Assistant Customer Relations Officer

Job Description:
- Assist Customer Relations Officer (CRO) in attending to residents' feedback and complaints.
- Support arrangement and coordination of site inspections.
- Draft and send basic replies or messages to residents under CRO guidance.
- Maintain proper documentation/recording of defects (hardcopy and online submissions).
- Coordinate with site team and subcontractors under CRO supervision.
- Escalate complex issues to CRO promptly.
- Assist with administrative and reporting tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level or NITEC with at least 5 subjects passed.
- At least 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience (Construction/HDB experience is a plus).
- Independent, detail-oriented and a good team player.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage interactions with residents professionally.
- 5.5 days / Alternate Full Safturdays.
