  • As a highly experienced professional in the B2B sales and business development field, you will be responsible for leading global strategic initiatives at a design-driven consulting startup based in Powai, Mumbai. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers within mid-to-large enterprises and managing high-value accounts. To excel in this role, you will engage in consultative sales activities with CXO-level stakeholders and collaborate closely with UI/UX and delivery teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.Your key responsibilities will include driving new client acquisition, overseeing strategic enterprise account growth, and representing the company at various industry events. Additionally, you will mentor and coach the business development team, ensuring alignment with marketing and delivery functions. Leveraging CRM, analytics, and automation tools will be essential for effective sales management and forecasting. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in positioning the company's UI/UX and technology capabilities in a business-centric context.The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 8 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably at the Director/Head BD level. Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and strategic sales within the consulting sector is crucial. You should have a track record of managing CXO-level relationships and establishing strong commercial partnerships. Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities are essential for this role. An MBA degree, particularly from a global institution, along with previous experience in Big 4 firms or high-growth consulting environments, would be advantageous.,
