Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager (Client Sales & Servicing Specialist) to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to driving growth in client sales and servicing within the Financial Services sector, with a focus on Retail Investment Products and Insurance Advisory. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, a strategic approach to sales, and the ability to effectively engage clients. You will be given an established client pool to begin with, providing a solid foundation to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on sales Opportunities: Proactively discover new sales opportunities and devise strategies to generate leads and grow the business.
- Client Engagement & Follow-ups: Build strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients, understanding their financial goals and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring trust and loyalty.
- Sales Growth & Target Achievement: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets while expanding client portfolios.
- Market & Competitor Insights: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Sales-Oriented with People-First Approach: Strong passion for sales, results-focused, and skilled in building meaningful client relationships.
- Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to explain complex information clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in sales, especially within financial advisory, banking, or insurance sectors, is highly desirable.
- Innovative & Strategic Thinker: Ability to think creatively and develop effective sales strategies to drive growth.
Remuneration & Benefits:
