We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive candidate to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our custody business.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the business development and sales effort in Singapore;
- Expand customers and sales channels, including managing existing accounts;
- Conduct post-market analysis upon feedback from clients to give advice on design and iteration of new innovative products and marketing;
- Execute onboarding processes including contract signing, new user training and relevant administrative work such as updating sales decks, user scenario solutions, bidding documents, etc;
- Prepare and analyze quarterly sales reports through strong understanding of the digital assets custody industry;
- Support relevant licensing application for Cactus Custody;
- Be up to date with trends in the industry.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the crypto or blockchain industry; Candidates from the traditional financial industry must able to demonstrate strong crypto or blockchain knowledge;
- Passion for developing new business, innovative problem-solving, and a commitment to client service;
- Strong sales and business development experience;
- Track record of strong relationship building capabilities with banks, funds, family offices, etc;
- Track record of achieving targets relating to the generation of leads, onboarding clients and brand awareness;
- Ability to withstand pressure and a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and good communication and coordination skills;
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
