Roles & Responsibilities

Be part of an established, exciting and expanding Group of F&B company with multiple brands and concepts. Eatz Group Pte Ltd is a Halal Full-Service Caterer since 2005.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, online research, and social media.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, tenders, and contracts, ensuring profitability.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand client requirements and customize catering packages to meet their needs and budget.
  • Provide expert advice on menu planning, event setup, and service options.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain and update the client database to track sales activities and opportunities.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve conversion rates.
  • Liaise with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of catering services.
  • Attend site inspections, tender briefings, and pre-event meetings as required.
  • Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Address any issues or complaints promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma / or Trade Certificate in Relevant Discipline
  • Strong, Good & Strategic Supervisor for Sales Team
  • Possess Good Communication Skills, Be Meticulous, Always Accurate Results Driven
  • Quick-Thinking, Versatility to be able to Solve Problems
  • Highly-Motivated & able to work Independently
  • Strong Desire to own projects and exceed beyond expectations
  • Versatility and Ability to find solutions and deliver results
  • At least 3 years' Experience in Sales Related or Catering will be an advantage
  • Ability to speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking only customers, China-born team members
  • Strong Command: MS Word/Excel, etc
