
Catering Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to meet any changes or updates to event orders.
- Identify critical requirements and expectations for each event with client.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients' needs and responsible to act on behalf of client to ensure smooth delivery of service.
- Work closely with respective operations and culinary team to ensure completeness of all related admin and documentations (Orders, PO/DO, SOP, etc)
- Have product knowledge and create a unique selling proposition.
- Lead generation, proactively following up with Marketing campaign.
- Secure yearly contracts for catering.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Institutional Catering or Business.
- Strong profile and accounts on F&B catering contacts and institutions catering are an added advantage.
- Good and reliable contacts for F&B catering.
- Excellent motivational and organization skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communications skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, execute and manage outdoor catering events will be important criteria for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual as need to communicate/liaise with customers
