Key Responsibilities:

- **Generating Leads and Sales**:Identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels, including sales calls, site visits, and networking.
- **Client Relations**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Event Coordination**:Working with clients to plan and coordinate event details, including menu selection, venue logistics, and staffing.
- **Contract Negotiation**:Negotiating contracts and pricing for catering and event services.
- **Sales Management**:Managing a sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance.
- **Team Leadership**:Leading, motivating, and training sales staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Market Analysis**:Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and identifying new business opportunities.
- **Reporting**:Preparing and presenting sales reports and performance data to senior management.
- **Budget Management**:Managing sales budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- **Hiring and Training**:Recruiting, hiring, and training catering and event staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Sales reports and transactions for Management review
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
