Roles & Responsibilities
  • Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
  • Candidates must have relevant work experience with loans, financing/ debt financing

Responsibilities would include:

  • Support origination, execution and distribution of syndicated loans
  • Work closely with strategic decision makers of corporate, institutional sponsors, clients in terms of executing and distributing syndicated loan financing facilities
  • Coverage of potential syndicated loan partner institutions (lenders and fellow arrangers) across APAC
  • Prepare pitch materials, term sheets, information memorandum and bank presentations
  • Facilitate roadshows and bookrunning of investor banks, assist with negotiation and review of facility agreements
  • Provide updates on syndicated loan market developments
  • Prepare call reports on investor meetings and any other relevant market insights
  • Provide underwriting risk analysis/ recommendation for underwriting opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant loans experience eg. Debt financing, loan syndication, distribution, loans product etc
  • Excellent quantitative and financial modelling skills
  • Ability to multitask; project management skills, team player
  • Display good business judgment, negotiation skills and relish working in fast-paced, highly professional environment
  • Strong credit sense and financial background
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
