Syndicated Loan Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Syndicated Loan Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in syndicated loan structuring, execution, documentation, distribution, and credit analysis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in the syndicated loan market, with a solid understanding of syndicate lenders and arrangers in the region. They will also possess strong credit sense and financial background, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

As a key member of our team, the Syndicated Loan Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with strategic decision-makers to execute and distribute syndicated loan financing facilities.
  • Covering potential syndicated loan partner institutions in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Maintaining close relationships and coverage of syndicate partners.
  • Providing updates on syndicated loan market developments and changes.
  • Preparing call reports on investor meetings and relevant market insights.
  • Providing underwriting risk analysis and recommendation for underwriting opportunities.
  • Supporting and assisting in winning syndicated/club loan mandates in the region.
  • Ensuring compliance with credit, risk, and compliance policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Well-organized with strong prioritization skills.
