Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to execute syndicated loan financing facilities, providing market insights and updates on market developments.
  • Prepare call reports on investor meetings and provide underwriting risk analysis and recommendations.
  • Support syndicated/club loan mandates in the region and execute LFG Loan mandates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or Economics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in syndicated loans, familiar with structuring, execution, documentation, distribution, and credit analyses.
  • Strong credit sense, financial background, and connections with syndicate lenders and arrangers are essential.
  • Attention to detail in work, writing, and financial analysis is crucial.
  • Independent workers with strong problem-solving skills and team players who can work with colleagues are ideal candidates.
  • Able to multitask and thrive under pressure, with organized prioritization skills.
