The role will provide senior coverage across the loans portfolio with full circle responsibility for origination, syndication and distribution.

Principle Responsibilities including:
- Prepare good quality marketing material and information memorandums to enhance marketing efforts
- Support the division to build and maintain a comprehensive and detailed database of bank and investor relationships
- Support all basic aspects of execution in loan syndication and distribution including preparing syndication memos, investor reporting and servicing
- Interface with other business units, bank geographies as well as third
- Conduct research on latest market activities support the bank’s overall sales and distribution strategy
- Assess legal / regulatory / reputational risks and ensure proper mitigation efforts are in place in relation to the business performance

The People
- Relevant experience in Loan Syndication, together with a good network of relationship with fellow institutional investors and banks
- Knowledge of project finance, shipping finance, aviation finance, leverage finance are desirable but not essential
- Proactive and hands-on team player
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, data numeracy and information processing
- Curious mindset, with strong willingness to develop knowledge and adapt to situations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build internal and external relationships based on trust and mutual respect
