Duties & Responsibilities
Jemaah Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to foster strong connections with the community and enhance their experience.
Donor & Membership Management:
- Build and maintain a comprehensive donor database.
- Administer the GhufranLife Infaq Privilege Card and maintain membership records.
- Execute donor retention, recognition, and appreciation programs.
Corporate Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate sponsors and donors.
- Explore partnerships to support the mosque's initiatives.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute impactful events and programs such as 3KG, Rehlah, and NikahBliss.
- Oversee event logistics and on-site operations, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage volunteers and provide on-site support during events.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate detailed reports on contributions, engagement, and outcomes to guide future strategies.
Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing & Management, or any related field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Proficiency in database and CRM systems to manage records.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Malay for effective communication.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in events, customer service, or marketing.
- Prior experience in non-profit or mosque settings is a plus.
