Duties & Responsibilities

Jemaah Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to foster strong connections with the community and enhance their experience.

Donor & Membership Management:

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive donor database.
  • Administer the GhufranLife Infaq Privilege Card and maintain membership records.
  • Execute donor retention, recognition, and appreciation programs.

Corporate Relations:

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate sponsors and donors.
  • Explore partnerships to support the mosque's initiatives.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute impactful events and programs such as 3KG, Rehlah, and NikahBliss.
  • Oversee event logistics and on-site operations, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Manage volunteers and provide on-site support during events.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate detailed reports on contributions, engagement, and outcomes to guide future strategies.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing & Management, or any related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in database and CRM systems to manage records.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Malay for effective communication.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in events, customer service, or marketing.
  • Prior experience in non-profit or mosque settings is a plus.
