The Position

We are looking for 2x committed Customer Service Executives to join our vibrant automotive team. Training provided

Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction


• Assist clients with inquiries, appointments, and seamless post-accident assistance


• Coordinate with clients on repair works, progress updates, and related schedules


• Coordinate with insurance companies on survey schedules


• Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs efficiently


• Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely follow-ups


• Exhibit strong attention to detail with a customer-first attitude

2. Administrative Duties


• Ensure timely filing of accident reports


• Prepare notices for insurance companies


• Manage email correspondences


• Maintain and update the client database


• Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements


• GCE "N"/"O" Level, ITE, or Diploma holders (Those without formal education but with the right experience and attitude are welcome to apply)


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


• Proficient in MS Office


• Meticulous with details


• 1 additional Saturday off per calendar month upon confirmation
