Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated people-oriented Business Development Leader, a pioneering role, to join our growing team. You'll play a key part in business-building, reporting to the founder.

Preferably, you have experiences dealing with MCSTs, realty companies and retail sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience entrepreneurship, enjoys problem-solving, some-what rebellious, questions norms to do things better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sieve out and work with interested MCSTs, Facility Management Companies, relevant Retail Shops, to improve the ways they consume home-fix services.
  • Work with founder to explore new territories in Malaysia (KL & Penang), and ASEAN.
  • Feedback and market trends and requirements to app development colleagues to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead activity, status, and contact information.
  • Initiate and manage outbound outreach via CRM SaaS, email, calls, and social platforms.
