Roles & Responsibilities
  • 5 days work week
  • Location: East / Central
  • Basic up to $4500
  • Entitled with incentives
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute leasing strategies to achieve optimal trade mix and tenancy profile.
  • Manage all leasing matters, including handling enquiries, conducting site viewings, negotiating lease terms, and overseeing renewals and documentation.
  • Prepare and update leasing-related marketing materials, circulars, and promotional collateral.
  • Keep abreast of retail and commercial market trends to support decision-making and tenant targeting.
  • Prepare annual budgets, leasing forecasts, and monthly performance reports; monitor and track leasing KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, property management, and finance to support tenant events, promotions, and business alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and high occupancy rates.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing.
  • Good knowledge of the retail landscape and leasing best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and lease documentation.
