Contracts Administrator (Oil and Gas, 6 months contract)
This position will be responsible for managing Contracts, KYC, CTRM, Documentation Control and other administrative assignments as follows:
- Managing contracts related to trades executed by traders and contracts provided by counterparts. This includes reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of contract details, tracking contract terms and conditions, and managing contract amendments or extensions.
- Send contracts to counterparts in a timely manner, after approved by Trader and Management
- Responsible for KYC
- Assist data entry to CTRM
- PIC for Trading Team's Document Control and manage documents as per company's policy
- Management shall request to take up administrative assignments where necessary
- Such other duties as the Company may assign or vest in you from time to time
Job requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- 2 to 3 years of related working experience, preferably in oil & gas industry and handling mogas and naphtha contracts
- Ability to work on the job with minimal training is crucial
