1. Assist the accounts in key into Xero AP and AR
2. Assist in filing daily records, generating invoices
3. Assist in stock take, printing labels for production etc
4. Assist in answering telephone call queries
5. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
6. Apply Work pass, do payroll, CPF submission, MOM HR survey.
7. Assist in admin jobs as and when management assigns along the way.
