**Duties/Responsibilities:
**1. **Generate Quotation, Delivery Orders, and Invoices for completed sales orders.

**2. **Liaise with suppliers on payment issues. Verify invoices and reconcile with supplier’s

Statement of Accounts.

**3. **Provide customer service and sales support to customers.

**4. **Handle HR administrative duties, such staff claim, salary and worker related matters. Any Ad-hoc duties as

assigned by superior.

**Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business or equivalent
- 1 or 2 years of General admin and HR admin support working experience.
- Working location at Joo Koon Way
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
- Working hours: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Annual leave
- $1,800 - $2,500 per month
