Looking for someone reliable, organized, and ready to wear multiple hats
Key Duties:
- Handle HR duties: onboarding, leave/MC tracking, MOM submissions
- Maintain employee and vehicle admin records
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and bookkeeping
- Liaise with MOM, IRAS, and external accountant
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR/admin/accounts (SME/logistics preferred)
- Strong with Excel, Xero/QuickBooks, and MOM/CPF systems
- Proactive, discreet, and able to work independently
