About the role

Join the sales team at VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. as a Channel Account Executive. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with key channel partners to drive sales growth and revenue for the company's products and solutions. Based in the Lavender Central Region, you will play a vital role in expanding the company's market presence and achieving its strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new channel partners and deepen existing relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and creating sales proposals
  • Provide excellent account management and support to ensure a positive customer experience for channel partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to coordinate joint activities and initiatives
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales planning and decision-making
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective territory management and account penetration
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the technology or IT distribution industry
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills to effectively interact with channel partners at all levels
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle complex customer situations
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools and technologies
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Passion for the technology industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
