ServiceNow is seeking a dynamic and results-driven GVP to lead its APAC Partnerships and Channels organization. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing the regional partner strategy to accelerate growth, expand routes to market, and scale customer success through a high-performing ecosystem of Global System Integrators (GSIs), regional service providers, resellers, Hyperscalers, and ISV partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and lead the end-to-end partner and channel strategy for the APAC region aligned with global objectives.

  • Build, scale, and manage a high-performing team of regional partner leaders across key APAC markets.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver partner-led growth.

  • Partner Ecosystem Development

  • Expand and deepen relationships with strategic GSIs, cloud hyperscalers, and local partners.

  • Identify and onboard new partners aligned to regional market needs (e.g., AI/ML ISVs, vertical specialists).

  • Drive partner enablement, certification, and solution co-creation initiatives.

  • Go-to-Market Execution

  • Accelerate revenue through co-selling and co-delivery with partners across enterprise, commercial, and public sector segments.

  • Support joint pipeline development, demand generation, and account-based marketing efforts.

  • Track and improve key KPIs including partner-sourced pipeline, deployment velocity, and customer success.

  • Operational Excellence

  • Ensure operational rigor through accurate forecasting, governance, and partner performance management.

  • Champion the use of data and insights to drive continuous improvement and scale.

  • Represent APAC partner priorities into global partner programs and platform innovations.

  • 15+ years of experience in channel, alliances, or sales leadership roles within enterprise SaaS or cloud companies.

  • Proven success in scaling partner ecosystems across multiple countries in the APAC region.

  • Strong knowledge of key APAC markets (e.g., Singapore, Japan, Australia, India, ASEAN) and cultural fluency.

  • Executive presence and a track record of building C-level partner relationships.

  • Deep understanding of service delivery, co-sell motions, and indirect revenue models.

  • Experience with hyperscaler partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ISV ecosystems is a plus.

  • Ability to travel across the region as needed.
