  • Careeroffice strategy andimplementation:
    • Engage with leadershipto launch and operationalise strategic initiatives to keep careerservices at the forefront of providing optimal and efficientservices;
    • Engage with careers team in providingmulti-faceted career workshops, networking events and companypresentations.
    • Leadcareer development to help MBA students get full-time and/orinternship roles:
      • Work with NTU/NBSand external stakeholders in ensuring all relevant job andinternship opportunities are availed to MBA students in a timelymanner;
      • Provide counselling to MBA students,with a view to help students refine career goals and sharpen jobsearch strategies;
      • Provide first level insightsacross industries, and coach students to ensure readiness forcareer related interactions withemployers;
      • Source for internships and manageapplication process, including required submissions, ensuring allregulatory and University policies/ guidelines are adheredto;
      • Track, update and complete information anddocumentation required for ranking of MBAprogramme;
      • Perform other essential duties andtasks specific toposition.
      • Supportbusiness development and employer engagement to source jobs andinternships for MBA students:
        • Workwith GSCDO sector leads to engage employers and increase placementrates of MBA students;
        • Maintain understandingof market factors (national & global) relative to employerorganisations;
        • Build partnerships withcompanies providing jobs and internships/industryprojects;
        • Manage relationships with industryleaders who provide industry insights and career coaching tostudents. Take charge of administrative matters as part of managingtheserelationships.
Requirements:
  • Degreefrom a top-tier global business school is required. MBApreferred.
  • At least 7 years' experience, withtrack record of building internal and external collaborations.Experience in career services and/or working with post-graduatestudents with an Institute of Higher Learning, preferably within abusiness school, is advantageous.
  • Excellentinterpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Teamplayer who takes initiative and drivesexcellence.
