Operations Billing Assistant Manager Invoice

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers and clients.
- Ensure billing processes are in alignment with company policies, client agreements, and established payment terms.
- Review client accounts and billing histories for accuracy and completeness.
- Promptly address and correct any billing discrepancies or errors.
- Enter billing data into the company's accounting or billing system.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, invoices, and payment histories.
- Ensure client and payment information is kept current in the system.
- Monitor and track client payments, ensuring timely collection.
- Follow up on overdue payments, reaching out to clients via phone, email, or mail.
- Apply payments accurately to respective accounts and resolve any payment-related issues.
- Address and resolve client billing questions or disputes.
- Provide assistance to clients regarding billing and payment issues.
- Support clients in setting up payment plans or addressing concerns related to their invoices.
- Prepare and generate regular reports on billing and payment statuses for management.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts receivable balances.
- Maintain accurate documentation to support the preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure billing procedures are compliant with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting details.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of billing software and financial tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving skills to address billing errors and disputes.
