Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic marketing plans / sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products.

· Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.

· Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.

· Ensure effective control of marketing result, and take measure to confirm that achievement of marketing objectives not exceeding designated budgets.

· Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet unprecedented market disruption and fierce competition.

· Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, sales forecast and areas of proposed client base expansion.

· Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.

· Represent company at trade events to maintain business relationship with customers, at the same time seeking for new business opportunities.

· Support the sales team with the objectives to ensure customer's satisfaction and customer's financial status

· Comply with all the Sales Processes including but not limited to the Sales Agreement, Credit Term & Procedure as prescribed by company's policies.

· Analyzing company processes and procedures and developing process enhancement strategies. Reviewing operations and reporting any issues to Managing Director.

· Any other official duties assigned.
