Assistant General Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing departments, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise and mentor departmental heads and staff members.
- Help manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring adherence to financial goals and cost control.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports on business performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Lead and manage projects to enhance operational efficiency and organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Handle operational issues and make key decisions in the absence of the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and make decisions under pressure.
