
Building Concierge

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet tenants, visitors & vendors with professionalism
- Monitor visitor access & issue temporary passes
- Respond to emails, phone inquiries & work requests
- Provide information & assistance for the car park payment system, including:
> Troubleshooting payment machine or app errors
> Assisting tenants with season parking renewals or validations
> Reporting & following up on malfunctioning gates or equipment
- Collaborating with the parking operator for system maintenance or access control
- Keep the lobby & reception area tidy & welcoming
- Handle minor complaints or maintenance issues & escalate appropriately
- Support building events & tenant engagement activities
Qualifications:
- GCE "O" level; diploma in hospitality or admin a plus
- 1–2 years' experience in office reception, concierge, or facility coordination
- Tech-savvy & able to learn parking & access control systems
- Customer-focused with good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual & well-groomed
- Knowledge of building access & security protocols preferred
