We are looking for a Cluster Reservations Manager

The Cluster Reservations Manager is responsible for managing the reservations process and operation in the property, by coaching and motivating the team to deliver quality guest service and meet financial targets for the property.

He/She also ensures that the reservations team adhere to policies and procedures implemented by the property, while working with the team to encourage internal sales and upselling of all facilities where appropriate.

As a Cluster Reservations Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Manage Reservations Process and Operation: Oversee the reservations process and operations, ensuring quality guest service and financial targets are met.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and motivate the reservations team to adhere to property policies and procedures, and encourage internal sales and upselling of facilities.
  • Collaboration with Revenue Optimization Team: Work closely with the Revenue Optimization team to implement pricing strategies and manage optimal room occupancy.
  • System Configuration and Compliance: Ensure all related systems are correctly configured, validated, and compliant with SOPs.
  • Best Practice Standards: Maintain best practice standards to achieve customer satisfaction, optimal profitability and room occupancy.
  • Cost Control and Analysis: Control and analyse department costs to ensure performance is within budget.
  • Recruitment and Training: Conduct recruitment and training for the reservations team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in hospitality industry with similar capacity
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Leadership qualities
  • High levels of flexibility, adaptability to changes
