We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient IT Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales team in identifying and closing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored IT solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and technical documentation.
- Engage in technical discussions with clients to assess their needs, design solution architectures, and offer advice on technology stacks.
- Solution Design:
- Design and architect complex IT solutions, including hardware, software, cloud, networking, security, and integration services.
- Work with vendors and partners to identify and evaluate the best solutions for clients.
- Provide cost estimations, pricing models, and technical specifications for proposed solutions.
- Technical Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the latest IT technologies, trends, and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in areas such as cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, and automation.
- Assess the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions based on client needs and technical constraints.
- Client Interaction:
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and workshops with clients to gather detailed requirements.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the pre-sales phase.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT teams, decision-makers, and technical managers.
- Collaboration with Engineering & Delivery Teams:
- Work closely with post-sales engineers and project management teams to ensure smooth transition and implementation of the proposed solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to the delivery team on the technical aspects of the solution, ensuring successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Educate customers on best practices, new technologies, and potential improvements to their existing IT infrastructure.
- Provide internal training to the sales and technical teams on new technologies and products.
- Demo & Proof of Concept (PoC):
- Develop and deliver proof of concept (PoC) demonstrations to show the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Conduct hands-on product demos for clients to showcase features, benefits, and ROI of the solutions.
- Proposal & Documentation:
- Work with the sales team to generate and review commercial proposals, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
- Document solution designs, technical configurations, and integration points to create clear and actionable project roadmaps.
