Senior Pre-Sales/Sales Engineer - Cybersense Solutions Pte Ltd Cybersense Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pre-Sales/Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be the technical expert and trusted advisor to our clients, providing valuable insights, solutions, and support throughout the sales process. You will also be leading a team of Pre-Sales Engineers to design and customize solutions and services tailored for our customers. Your in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, excellent communication skills, and customer centricity are key to drive successful sales engagements. Responsibilities Lead team of Pre-Sales Engineers to engage customers, understand requirements, and design, customize, and propose suitable solutions and services Design and deliver customized services and solution packages to showcase the value of the company Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and presentations, highlighting advantages and benefits of the proposed solution/services Guide and train the team to deliver engaging sales presentations Conduct and/or coordinate updates on new products, technologies, and services to the team Apply strong problem-solving skills to design solutions that meet varied customer requirements Engage with customers to help develop their cybersecurity strategy Contribute to departmental best practices, strategies, methodologies, and documentation for increased efficiencies Collaborate with Regional Partners and Vendors to obtain the latest product/technology know-how Understand and engage the ecosystem of cybersecurity partners (e.g., SOC services, CSPs, MSSPs) Commit to continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain current technical knowledge and participate in technical communities Actively participate in and host webinars, workshops, and other industry events as a speaker or panelist Qualifications 6 - 10 years of experience in delivering high-quality presales solutions and services, with the ability to present unique propositions Strong understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architecture, and related security concepts (SASE, CASB, Zero Trust, etc.) Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google Cloud, AWS services is advantageous Experience with security solutions such as Firewall, Content Security, IPS, encryption, data protection, and monitoring Good written and spoken English communication skills A strong interest in cybersecurity and a passion for customer satisfaction Understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
