Join our dynamic team as a Mortgage Loan Consultant and embark on a rewarding career in the financial industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients through the mortgage loan process. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for finance and exceptional customer service skills.

- Prior experience in mortgage loan is not required. We welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds and are eager to train candidates who are enthusiastic and motivated.

- This is a full-time sales job that requires reporting to the office every day. Candidates looking for freelance role need not apply.

- Property agents / Financial advisors looking for leads need not apply.

- The remuneration includes basic salary and monthly commission, subject to CPF contributions. You will also enjoy standard employee benefits such like annual leave and medical leave.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who strives for excellence and has a passion in mortgage advisory and sales.

Must-Have

- Good in mathematic

- Good interpersonal skills

- Proficient in both written and spoken English

- Ability to learn and excel in a fast paced environment

- Strong drive to surpass and succeed

- Self discipline and able to work under stress

- Willing to work beyond normal office hours

Good-To-Have

- A proven sales track record

- Experiences in mortgage/property/insurance sales

- Telesales background

- Strong referral network

- Fluent in Mandarin

Core Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly sales target set by the management

- Endeavor to convert leads from various sources into sales on a daily basis

- Follow up efficiently on all cases to maximize closures

- Provide correct & unbiased mortgage advice to clients

- Deliver excellent customer service

- Build good working relationship with our business partners

- Take initiative to expand your own referral network
