We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who strives for excellence and has a passion for sales.

Must-Have
- A good diploma / degree
- Ability to learn and excel in a fast paced environment (Training will be provided)
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Strong Drive to surpass and succeed
- A proven sales track record
- Self discipline
- High EQ

- Mortgage Banking Background (Mortgage Specialists / Relationship Managers)
- Mortgage Brokerage Background (Mortgage Brokers)
- Real Estate Background (Property Consultants/ RES Cert)
- Conveyancing Law Background (Business Development Managers)
- Telesales Background
- Strong Referral Network
- Fluent in Mandarin

Core Responsibilities
- Provide correct & unbiased home mortgage advice to clients
- Endeavor to convert warm leads provided by our company on a daily basis, no cold calling is required
- Follow up efficiently on all cases to maximise closures
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Take initiative to network with property/insurance agents to improve referral network
- Data entry on our CRM system

Remuneration

A basic salary will be provided, along with a competitive commission structure.

Depending on your individual performance, you can expect a yearly income ranging between SGD 60K to 120k.
