Job Overview

Mortgage Loans Sales Professionals play a pivotal role in our organization, driving growth and customer satisfaction through exceptional sales skills and product knowledge.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing housing loan accounts to identify conversion opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit loan conversion cases for credit approval, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Develop and verify customer loan conversion offer letters, fostering strong relationships and trust with customers.
  • Monitor and follow up on approved conversions, addressing any rework or issues that arise.
  • Engage with customers in interviews regarding loan redemption, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with management and departments to drive initiatives and tasks, contributing to the team's success.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related sales role, preferably within consumer banking.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products, particularly mortgage financing, with a focus on meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with an aptitude for data handling and analysis to drive business insights.
  • Demonstrates teamwork, service excellence, and speed in resolving issues and meeting deadlines.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and resourceful in resolving challenges and achieving goals.
