Senior Developer – Oracle Identity Governance (OIG, SOA, Java, WebLogic)

We are supporting a leading regional bank in Asia with a strong presence across multiple countries. The technology division is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant systems that support critical banking operations.

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Developer (Oracle Identity Governance) with more than 6 years of expertise. The role involves analysis, development, enhancement, debugging, and maintenance of identity and access management systems. You will work on full SDLC activities including requirement analysis, technical specification, code development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, and test IAM applications.
  • Perform requirement analysis, design mapping, technical specifications, programming, code review, job scheduling.
  • Conduct unit testing, SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Prepare technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Apply latest bundle patches and ensure system stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile Scrum and Waterfall SDLC environments.
Requirements
  • 6 years' experience in Oracle Identity Governance (OIG 12c) development.
  • Strong experience in customization of ADF UI and SOA workflows.
  • Expertise in XML, XSD, SOAP, WSDL, SOA BPEL, Oracle Business Rule, Human Workflows.
  • Skilled in integrating OIM with AD, Exchange, RACF, AS400 connectors.
  • Solid Core Java/J2EE knowledge for customizations.
  • Hands-on experience developing connectors, approval workflows, event handlers, scheduled tasks, reconciliation.
  • Strong command on UI customizations, UDFs, lookup fields in design console.
  • Experience with Flat File / Directory server reconciliation, Bulkload utility.
  • Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) products integrated with IAM solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SSL configuration.
  • Good knowledge of WebLogic, WebSphere, OHS, JBoss, Apache servers.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and technical leadership skills
