Job Title:

Senior Developer - Identity Governance

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain and test identity management applications.
  • Perform requirement analysis, design mapping, technical specifications, programming, code review, job scheduling.
  • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, support user acceptance testing, deploy to production and provide post-implementation support.
  • Prepare technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Apply latest patches and ensure system stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile Scrum and Waterfall software development life cycle environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6 years' experience in Oracle Identity Governance (OIG 12c) development.
  • Strong experience in customization of UI components and workflows.
  • Expertise in XML, XSD, SOAP, WSDL, Service Oriented Architecture BPEL, Oracle Business Rule, Human Workflows.
  • Skilled in integrating OIM with directory servers, connectors.
  • Solid Core Java/J2EE knowledge for customizations.
  • Hands-on experience developing connectors, approval workflows, event handlers, scheduled tasks, reconciliation.
  • Strong command on UI customizations, user defined fields, lookup fields in design console.
  • Experience with file server reconciliation, bulkload utility.
  • Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control products integrated with identity management solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SSL configuration.
  • Good knowledge of WebLogic, JBoss, Apache servers.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and technical leadership skills.
