Identity Governance Specialist Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and administration of Identity Governance solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support users by resolving issues reported and planning fixes to ensure proper maintenance of the IAM application.
  • Ensure the stability, health, and performance of IAM implementation meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain the IAM system for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with vendors to support migration to a different IAM system.
  • Work with end-users, business analysts, developers, architects, and team leads in developing IAM-IGA configurations based on requirements and solution design.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in designing, deploying, implementing, and administering Identity Governance and Administration-related solutions.
  • Experience in user lifecycle management, access management, and governance design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with JML and access rights provisioning, risk profiling, segregation of duty, and certification setup.
  • Hands-on experience in onboarding applications and integrating IGA solutions with various target applications using out-of-the-box and custom connectors.

Bonus Skills:

  • Troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies to ensure robust solutions.

  • Experience working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
