Identity and Access Management Professional

This position requires a seasoned professional to manage identity and access management systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, as well as experience with customization, extension, and deployment of identity governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Evaluation: Identify and assess business and technology risks, internal controls, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Service Execution: Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services.
  • Identity Governance: Install, integrate, deploy, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ; develop and customize its components, connectors, workflows, and integration modules.
  • Customization: Implement custom rules, scripts, and plugins to extend SailPoint IdentityIQ functionality.
  • IAM Operations: Perform day-to-day IAM operations in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager, and Application On-boarding.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Client Communication: Communicate technical and functional aspects of the product and implementation to clients and partners.
  • Post-Sales Support: Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation post-sales.
  • Project Management: Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to exceed expectations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, risk management, IT controls, and standards. Experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ and other identity governance solutions is highly desirable.
