Job Title: Identity Governance Specialist


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the IAM system is properly maintained and troubleshoot any issues reported by users.
  • Monitor the health, performance, and stability of IAM implementation to meet SLA requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors to migrate to a different IAM system and offload onboarded applications.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with vendors and technical teams, ensuring minimal disruption to the IAM system.
  • Develop IAM-IGA configurations based on requirements and solution design.
  • Work with end-users, business analysts, developers, architects, and team leads to implement solutions.
  • Engage in maintenance and support activities, including troubleshooting, incident response, and patching.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support teams to resolve problems and implement upgrades.
  • Create and maintain documentation for design specifications, installations, and test cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration related solutions, including installation, configuration, clustering, hardening, tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in user life cycle management, access management, and governance design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with JML, access rights provisioning, risk profiling, segregation of duty, and certification setup.
  • Hands-on experience in onboarding applications and integrating IGA solutions with various target applications using OOTB and custom connectors.
  • Solid understanding of secure communications for web applications (PKI, SSL).
  • Broad exposure to various technologies, including server virtualization, databases, networks, HTTP, TCP/IP, load balancing, and firewalls.
  • Good understanding of identity analytics.
