Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance and Administration professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, implementing, and administering Identity Governance and Administration solutions.

You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our IAM applications are properly maintained, stable, healthy, and performing optimally. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain our IAM systems to ensure optimal performance and assist with retrieving data/information/reports from our IAM system as requested by our customers/team.

Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with our vendor IAM team to support the migration to a different IAM system, working with vendors to offload onboarded applications from our IAM system during the system migration, and coordinating with vendors, support, and technical teams on problem resolution, implementation issues, and upgrades.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work with end-users, business analysts, developers, architects, and team leads in developing IAM – IGA configurations based on requirements and solution design. You will also coordinate and collaborate with other project team members, including reporting to project managers throughout the project implementation to meet project goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design, deployment, implementation, and administration & support of Identity Governance and Administration related solutions.
  • Experience in user life cycle management, access management, and governance design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with JML and access rights provisioning, risk profiling, segregation of duty, and certification setup.
  • Hands-on experience in on-boarding of applications, integration of IGA solutions with various target applications using OOTB and custom connectors.
  • Solid understanding of secure communications for web applications (PKI, SSL).
  • Broad exposure to a variety of other technologies (e.g. Server virtualization, database, network) with a firm understanding of the interdependencies between those technologies.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP, load balancing, and firewalls.
  • Good understanding of identity analytics.
  • Able to work independently on assignments, communicate with end-users/project managers/developers/architects on information gathering and actual implementation.
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities, multi-task, perform under pressure, and be a strong team player.
