**Job Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design, implement, and manage** Oracle IAM solutions, including **OIM (Oracle Identity Manager) and OAM (Oracle Access Manager)**.
- Configure **Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC)**.
- Implement **user provisioning, identity lifecycle management, and governance workflows**.
- Develop and configure authentication mechanisms using **OAuth, SAML, LDAP, and federation protocols**.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, including **WebLogic configurations, security patches, and performance tuning**.
- Ensure IAM solutions align with **security compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC2)**.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **5+ years** of experience in **Oracle Identity and Access Management (OIM, OAM, OID, OVD)**.
- Strong understanding of **identity federation, authentication, and access control frameworks**.
- Hands-on experience with **SSO, SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Kerberos**.
- Familiarity with **Oracle Fusion Cloud IAM integration** and security best practices.
- Experience with **WebLogic administration, Java, PL/SQL, and scripting** for IAM configurations.
- Knowledge of **API-based authentication and REST/SOAP web services**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Oracle IAM or **Oracle Cloud Security certifications**.
- Experience with **OCI IAM, Azure AD, or AWS IAM**.
- Exposure to **CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices in IAM**.
