Identity Management Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level identity management solutions that meet business and security requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with application onboarding into Oracle IAM, as well as strong expertise in Oracle ADF and Oracle SOA Suite development. Prior experience working with financial services organizations, with knowledge of compliance-driven IAM requirements, is highly desirable.

  • Design and implement identity management solutions that meet business and security requirements.
  • Develop and customize Oracle IAM solutions to onboard applications, including connector configuration, provisioning workflows, and access policies.
  • Enhance user interfaces and usability through Oracle ADF-based customizations.
  • Build and design Oracle SOA composites to automate workflows and enable seamless integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and drive successful implementation.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the performance of Oracle IAM components and integrations.
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of overall IT experience, with 7+ years dedicated to Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM).
  • Hands-on experience with application onboarding into OIM.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ADF and Oracle SOA Suite development.
  • Prior experience working with financial services organizations, with knowledge of compliance-driven IAM requirements.
  • Strong background in requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation.
