Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders, requests, or service issues.
  • Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations.
  • Provide regular feedback on recurring customer concerns to management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, friendly, and approachable attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office) and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
