This position isresponsible for the architectural development of visual SLAM(vSLAM) systems for high-resolution multi-camera setups, optimizingvisual feature extraction and association, and leveraging advancedcomputational techniques for real-time performance. You will play akey role in sensor fusion, data integrity analysis, and performancevalidation to ensure high-quality solutions. What ToExpect
  • Design and develop the architecture for vSLAM systems tosupport multi-camera, high-resolution setups.
  • Optimize the visual feature extraction process acrossmultiple cameras.
  • Leverage CUDA and TensorCore optimization techniques to accelerate vSLAMprocessing.
  • Develop advanced algorithms toanalyze and validate the integrity of data from various sensors(e.g., IMU, Encoder).
  • Study and optimizeexisting controller hardware to improve overall system performance,ensuring stability and efficiency.
  • Continuously improve the efficiency, speed, andscalability of vSLAM algorithms, adapting them to meet real-timesystem requirements.
  • Develop logical testplans and data collection strategies to evaluate the effectivenessand performance of vSLAM solutions against defined goals and keymetrics, ensuring systemrobustness.
WhatYou'll Bring
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical, Mechanical, orComputer Engineering or a relevant discipline, with more than fiveyears of industry experience.
  • Good proficiencyin C++, with substantial experience in scripting platform such asPython.
  • Extensive expertise in 3D computervision, multi-view geometry, and SfM/SLAM.
  • Experience with CUDA and Tensor Cores for performanceoptimization on GPUs.
  • Knowledge of sensorcalibration, data synchronization, and handling data frommulti-sensor systems.
  • Good mathematicalfoundation, particularly in multi-view geometry, linear algebra,and optimization.
  • Familiarity with open-sourceoptimization libraries such as g2o, GTSAM, and Ceres.
  • Expertise in optimization, numerical linear algebra,probabilistic estimation, and sensor fusion.
  • Experience with debugging, profiling, and optimizing codefor performance on both CPUs andGPUs.
