Results-driven professional with hands-on experience in commercial lending, including SME financing, credit assessment, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • 80% New Business Development / 20% Account Management
  • Actively identify and engage potential SME clients, promoting suitable financial solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Manage and maintain relationships within an assigned portfolio of SME accounts.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, including financial analysis and risk assessments.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets through effective sales and relationship strategies.
  • Perform any other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on B2B sales experience in any industry, focused on new business acquisition (hunting).
  • Strong sales drive with a proactive, determined, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in handling commercial financing products such as secured/unsecured loans, property loans, machinery hire purchase, shipping loans, and working capital facilities.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
  • Experience in credit assessment and credit writing.
  • Skilled in report writing, particularly for credit proposals involving financial analysis.
