
SME Lending Relationship Manager,

Results-driven professional with hands-on experience in commercial lending, including SME financing, credit assessment, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- 80% New Business Development / 20% Account Management
- Actively identify and engage potential SME clients, promoting suitable financial solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage and maintain relationships within an assigned portfolio of SME accounts.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, including financial analysis and risk assessments.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets through effective sales and relationship strategies.
- Perform any other duties or projects as assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on B2B sales experience in any industry, focused on new business acquisition (hunting).
- Strong sales drive with a proactive, determined, and results-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in handling commercial financing products such as secured/unsecured loans, property loans, machinery hire purchase, shipping loans, and working capital facilities.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Experience in credit assessment and credit writing.
- Skilled in report writing, particularly for credit proposals involving financial analysis.
