Company Overview

Our client is a dynamic game development studio in Singapore, seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of recruitment experience in the internet or tech sector and can support our talent acquisition within a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post job openings and manage the full recruitment lifecycle via MyCareersFuture.
  • Draft clear, compelling job descriptions tailored to attract qualified internet-industry candidates.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Conduct debriefs and refine recruitment processes based on results and feedback.
  • Assist hiring managers with candidate evaluation and selection, ensuring high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Uphold fair and merit-based hiring practices compliant with Singapore's Tripartite Guidelines and FCF standards.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of HR/recruitment experience within internet, gaming, or digital-focused organizations.
  • Citizenship or permanent residency in Singapore.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, particularly for drafting effective recruitment copy.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated commitment to equal-opportunity hiring and ethical recruitment.
