**Responsibilities**:
- Involves the execution of local & oversea recruitment career fairs and career talk plans, ensuring their successful implementation and outcomes.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Support pre & post recruitment activities e.g. job posting, interview arrangement, onboarding and etc
- Generate management statistics reports, track recruitment statistics and analysis
- Participate in HR projects to enhance employer branding and employee experience
- Provide guidance and advice to line managers and employees on recruitment matters
- Assist HR Manager in reviewing and implementing HR policies or procedures
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- Posses Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Marketing and International Business
- Minimum 2 years of related HR working experiences
- Prior working experience in semiconductor would be an added advantage
- Familiar with the Labour Law, MOM regulations, and human resources practices in Singapore
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in SAP is a plus
- Hands-on experience in organizing large-scale recruitment campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
