**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with both internal teams and external sourcing channels to ensure positions are filled efficiently and within budget.
- Regularly review and optimize recruitment and sourcing strategies to enhance effectiveness.
- Manage strategic initiatives such as graduate hiring programs, internships, career fairs, and other talent acquisition activities.
- Update and maintain internal databases with new hire information and ensure accurate records.
- Prepare HR documentation for employee personnel files and ensure all required records are complete and up-to-date.
- Generate reports and presentations on key HR metrics, such as departmental hiring statistics.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, modifications, and terminations.
- Organize and coordinate employee events and activities, such as training programs, team-building exercises, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable legal requirements related to HR and administrative functions.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, including conducting interviews and liaising with recruitment agencies.
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act and the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.
